What You'll Do (Phase-Based Growth Path)

Phase 1: Field Sales & Business Fundamentals

• Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition

• Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics

• Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed

Phase 2: Team Leadership Development

- Train and mentor recent recruits

• Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking

• Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals

• Take responsibility for small teams and targets

Phase 3: Management & Business Operations

• Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes

• Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making





• Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
