Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an Accountant cum Telecaller. This dual-role position will involve handling accounting tasks while also engaging with clients through telecalling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in finance.Key Responsibilities:Accounting:Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.Telecalling:Engage with clients and potential customers through outbound calls.Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries.Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.Maintain a positive and qualified demeanor while interacting with clients.Document client interactions and feedback for future reference.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
