Key Responsibilities

Load Planning& DISCOM Coordination

- Calculate connected load requirement per depot.
- Coordinate with DISCOMfor:
- Load sanction
- Metering
- Transformer allocation
- Commercial tariff approvals
- Track EV power subsidy eligibility (state-level policies).

Charging Infrastructure Deployment

- Design charger layout aligned with parking flow.
- Supervise:
- Cable routing and trenching
- Charger installation
- Panel setup and safety compliance
- Conduct testing and commissioning.

Vendor &Technology; Coordination

- Liaise with V-Green/ charging OEM partners.
- Validate charger compatibility with VinFast vehicles.
- Ensure uptime readinessbefore fleet arrival.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure AIS and state electrical compliance standards.




- Coordinate grounding, earthing, and fire safetynorms.
- Conduct load stresstesting prior to Go-Live.

- Energizationlead time vs committed timeline
- Charger uptime readiness before vehicle arrival
- Electrical CapEx adherence
- Zero safety incidentsduring installation

Requirements

- 3-10 years in electrical infra/ EV charging deployment.
- Experience with DISCOMcoordination in India.
- Knowledge of stateEV policies and power regulations.
- Solid site supervision capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
