Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator .The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems
- Verify data with source documents and correct errors when required
- Maintain digital records, files, and documentation
- Generate basic reports using MS Excel and MS Word
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and updates

Required Skills:

- 1 – 2 years of experience in Data Entry or similar role
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy (35+ WPM preferred)




- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage large volumes of data

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Certification in MS Office / Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1.20 - ₹1.80 per year
