The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across global geographies in talent sourcing and support the firm’s recruitment efforts.nWHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAYnIn this role, you will play a pivotal role in drafting and executing talent sourcing strategies by partnering with the Global Recruitment team to identify candidates for various positions throughout the firm. You will conduct intake meetings with the global recruitment team to understand the required skills, create sourcing strategies, and identify talent pool availability in alignment with the global recruitment team. Additionally, you will execute sourcing strategies across qualified networks, academic databases, and internet research, sharing observations and challenges with stakeholders in real-time. You will also provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to recruitment partners, manage candidate data and interaction history within our CRM (GEM) and ATS (iCIMS)



platforms with accuracy, conduct candidate rediscovery from our CRM and ATS to maximize the value of the existing talent database, and identify opportunities to implement automation (external tools and Gen AI) in the process to automate repetitive tasks.
