We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain employee records, and support HR policies and compliance across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)Handle employee documentation, HR records, and HRMS updatesCoordinate joining formalities, induction, and onboarding processesManage attendance, leave management, and employee databaseAssist in payroll coordination and statutory complianceHandle employee queries related to HR policies and processesSupport performance management and employee engagement activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and labor lawsPrepare HR reports,



MIS reports, and HR documentationRequired SkillsKnowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle managementExperience with HRMS tools and HR documentationStrong organizational and administrative skillsGood understanding of payroll coordination and complianceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMBA/PGDM in HR preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience working in corporate, IT, or BPO environmentFamiliarity with HRMS, payroll systems, and HR reporting tools
