About the Role: The Sr. HR Operations Executive at Brightedge will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for executing HR operations with accuracy and empathy — while driving automation, analytics, and process improvements that make Brightedge an exceptional place to work. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure that every people process is simple, transparent, and impactful.



Please note that this role will require the candidate to work in 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (depending on business requirements) Responsibilities: People Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems Ensure smooth coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits Continuously refine HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the organization grow Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll inputs (attendance, variable pay, recent joiners, exits, etc.) Work with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution Administer employee benefits such as insurance, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity) Support employees wi
