Responsibilities
Provide academic guidance and support to students
Assist in developing personalized academic plans
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions




Collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance student performance
Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Maintain accurate records of student interactions
Stay informed about educational resources and programs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in counseling techniques and educational programs

Organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with educational software and tools is a plus
