Specifically, the AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI will:

n

AI Application Development

n

- Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Develop multi-model AI solutions that combine language, vision, speech, and document intelligence models
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector search and enterprise knowledge sources
- Build integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling frameworks

Azure AI Solution Development

n

- Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI
- Integrate AI services including:

Azure OpenAIn

Azure AI Services

n

Azure Machine Learning

n

Azure data platforms

n
- Support deployment and testing of AI models in cloud environments

n

AI Solution Delivery

n





- Assist in delivering AI consulting engagements for enterprise customers
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design
- Support deployment and optimization of AI solutions in customer environments

n

AI Solution Optimization

n

- Monitor and improve performance of AI applications
- Implement prompt optimization and evaluation techniques
- Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutions

Responsible AI and Security n

- Implement Responsible AI and security best practices
- Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise governance and compliance requirements

n

Qualifications and Requirements:

n

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience building AI or machine learning applications
- Solid programming skills in Python
- Experience using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture
- Basic experience with Azure cloud services
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

n

- Experience using Azure AI Studio / Azure AI Foundry
- Familiarity with frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- Semantic Kernel
- LlamaIndex
- Experience working with multimodal AI models
- Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud infrastructure
- Exposure to consulting or customer-facing technical roles

Certifications (Preferred)

n

Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire:

n

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
