Job Title Catalog Executive E-Commerce Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Company Annachy Powered by Saravana Stores About We are an early-stage ecommerce venture backed by a renowned South Indian retail chain with over 50 years of legacy and 6 flagship super-stores across Tamil Nadu Our mission is to bring the same trusted shopping experience to online customers delivering trusted quality products at the lowest prices Role We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Catalog Executive who plays a pivotal role in managing product listings ensuring data accuracy and optimizing content for seamless online shopping experiences Key Responsibilities Product Data Management Accurately and efficiently create and update product listings including product titles descriptions specifications images pricing and inventory information Content Optimization Write engaging and informative product descriptions that highlight key features perks and unique selling propositions adhering to brand voice and SEO best practices Image and Media Management Ensure high-quality product images and videos are uploaded correctly sized and appropriately tagged Collaborate with the marketing team or photographers as needed Categorization and Attributes Assign products to relevant categories and subcategories ensuring accurate and consistent categorization for improved product discoverability Maintain and update product attributes and filters Data Accuracy and Consistency Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct errors inconsistencies and outdated information Ensure data integrity across all platforms SEO Optimization Implement SEO best practices within product titles descriptions and keywords to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to product pages Competitive Analysis Monitor competitor product listings and identify opportunities for improvement in our own catalogue content and presentation Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising marketing and customer service to ensure product information is accurate and aligned with overall business objectives Reporting and Analysis Track key catalogue metrics e g product page views conversion rates and provide insights for optimization Qualifications 2 years of experience in a Catalog Executive role within the e-commerce sector Any Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related fields Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset Preferred Good understanding of the Tamil Nadu market with experience tailoring campaigns to local consumer behaviour and preferences Comp Benefits Attractive compensation and benefits for the right candidate Why Annachy Growth Potential You will get to play a pivotal role in building a high-growth company from the ground up - a unique opportunity to shape the future of- value e-commerce for crores of customers starting with South India Job Type Full-time Pay From 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What is your last CTC What is your notice period Experience Catalog 2 years Preferred Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person
