Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Rohini, Delhi.

Key responsibilities include planning travel itineraries, providing personalized travel consultancy, handling bookings for flights, hotels, and tours, and assisting customers with travel-related inquiries.



The ideal candidate will also manage sales processes, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the journey planning process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary creation, and handling bookings

n

Solid sales and customer relationship management skills

n

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations

n

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

n

Experience with travel industry software or booking platforms is a plus

n

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred

n

Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team
