Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Ticketing Executive located in Rohini.

n

The Ticketing

n

Executive will manage domestic and international ticket issuance, cancellations, and reissuance while ensuring adherence to airline policies.

n

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, travel agents, and airlines, resolving ticketing queries,



and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and assisting in travel bookings and itinerary management.

Qualifications

n

Proficiency in airline ticketing software (like GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and an understanding of airline policies

n

Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills

n

Effective communication and customer service skills with an ability to address client concerns and queries professionally

n

Attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on timely ticket issuance and changes

n

Basic knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards

n

Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-oriented mindset

n

Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage

n

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
