About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our content team. If you have a flair for storytelling through visuals, can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, and live on After Effects and Premiere Pro – this one’s for you!

You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging visual content – from animated explainers and reels to event montages and branding videos – that bring our ideas (and brands) to life.

Key Responsibilities:

n
Conceptualize and design motion graphics for digital ads, social media, reels, brand videos, and product explainers.
Edit video content from scratch or using provided assets (footage, stock, animation).
Create visually stunning animations, transitions, and agile typographic sequences.
Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and social teams to understand briefs and deliver compelling visual content.
Stay up to date with trends in editing styles, animation formats, and platform-specific content formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).




Ensure brand consistency and high production value across all video projects.
Organize, manage, and archive video content effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

n
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in motion design and video editing.
Tools Mastery: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Bonus: Blender, Figma, DaVinci Resolve).
Skills:
n
Robust sense of visual composition and storytelling.
Expertise in typography, layout, and timing.
Ability to create from scratch as well as work with templates.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Bonus if You Have:

n
Experience with sound design or audio syncing.
Worked on brand identity films, explainer videos, or ad campaigns.
An eye for viral-worthy content on Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
A showreel/portfolio that speaks for itself. (We’d love to see it!)
