solutions improving process wherever required producing process documents and having an exclusive collaboration with clients vendor and stakeholders At Barclays we don t just adapt to the future - we End to end ServiceNow development activities ServiceNow modules and third-party Integrations Rest API Integration Hubs Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM ITOM tools and processes Working closely with Business Analysts BA s Architects Testing teams and process teams Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process security and performance aspects Designing end to end solutions improving configurations and driving rollouts of new applications and modules Following continuous improvement best practices by identifying and diagnosing improvement opportunities and delivering solutions using Agile software development processes and identifying risk by incorporating different Authentication mechanism Some other highly valued skills may include CSM CSA ITSM CTA ServiceNow Certifications Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities trends and best practices Mentoring junior developers or co team members and help them methodologies that provides business platform and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues Accountabilities Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages frameworks and tools Ensuring that code is scalable maintainable and optimized for performance Cross-functional collaboration with product managers designers and
