Oversee storyboarding, animation direction, and final delivery.
Work closely with creative leads and clients to shape the narrative and tone.
Explore recent tools, techniques, and styles to keep the motion language evolving.
Guide junior designers and ensure top-tier output quality across all deliverables.

Requirements:

3–8 years of experience in motion design, animation, or post-production.
Deep expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D tools (Blender or similar).
Understanding of sound design and compositing workflows.
Robust leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
A reel that reflects storytelling depth, technical precision, and aesthetic innovation.
