Honeybee Wax India, a Gurgaon‑based cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for an Operations and Regulatory Manager to own all regulatory, documentation and contract‑related operations for our domestic and export business. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our Gurgaon office with frequent visits to our production unit. ​ Base: Gurgaon Office (on‑site). Frequent travel between Gurgaon office and production unit; Manage regulatory affairs related to client contracts, government licenses and statutory compliances. Work closely with internal teams (finance, dispatch, production, sales) to gather data, close documentation and resolve operational issues. Draft, review and support negotiation of current and existing commercial contracts with clients and service providers in coordination with management. Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for contracts, licenses, shipment documents and regulatory records; Coordinate with freight forwarders,



customs agents, government departments, certification bodies and client teams to ensure timely clearances.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: ~ Graduate in Commerce, Business, Law, International Business or related field; 3+ years’ experience in operations / documentation / regulatory / export–import roles, preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, chemicals or FMCG. compliance‑driven mindset. Good understanding of export–import processes, shipping documents and basic regulatory requirements. comfortable with MS Office, PDFs and basic trackers.
