Job Title: Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage Location: Kota Vacancies: 1 CTC: Up to 8 LPA Product: Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / Small Ticket LAP Role Summary The Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage will be responsible for driving business growth in the micromortgage segment by managing a team, acquiring quality business, and ensuring portfolio health. The role focuses on market expansion, team productivity, and achievement of disbursement and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Drive sourcing of Micro Mortgage business through team, DSAs, referrals, and local market channels Lead, coach, and monitor Relationship Managers to achieve business targets Build strong relationships with local brokers, connectors, builders, and influencers Ensure endtoend loan processing including login, credit coordination, and disbursement Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and ensure timely collections followup Ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation,
