Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Work Location: Gandhinagar

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with bookkeeping, and the ability to support finance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, debit/credit notes
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and cash reconciliation
- Assist in GST compliance (returns, data preparation, reconciliation)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent




- 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Local candidate from Gandhinagar or nearby locations
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting domain

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
