About the job
Responsibilities:
1) Project planning and development.
2) Construction and Technical Supervision.
3)Vendor and contract Management
4) Maintenance and facility Management.
5) Budgeting and Cost Controlling.
6) Compliance and safety.
7) Team Leadership.
8) Client and stakeholder coordination.
9) Documentation and reporting.
10) Quotation, Costing, and Report Generating work.
11) BOQ Preparation.
12) Must have strong knowledge about construction bases, acrylic works, and other applications.
13) End-to-End Client Coordination.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Sports infrastructure management .
· Robust knowledge of AutoCAD for designs.
· MS Word and Excel
• 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience
