The Role
Way Forward is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who doesn't just "animate" but understands Brand Strategy and the power of Emerging Tech. We are a strategic creative boutique, and we need a visual storyteller who can take a raw brief and turn it into a high-impact cinematic experience.
? CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: This is a 100% in-office role in Pune. We are looking for local talent already based here. No WFH/Remote applications will be considered.

What You’ll Do (The Strategic & Tech Edge)
Brand-Led Motion: Define how a brand moves across digital, social, and web platforms—ensuring motion aligns with a larger strategic vision.
Hybrid AI Workflows: Integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Luma, or Adobe Firefly) into your daily pipeline to speed up ideation and generate high-fidelity effects.
The "Geek" Factor: We value the "hacker" mindset. You should have a library of tricks, custom expressions,



and plugins to solve technical roadblocks and achieve high-end outcomes efficiently.
Conceptual Storyboarding: Move from a raw script to a full visual storyboard before hitting the timeline.

Required Qualifications
Career Foundation: 3–6 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics. You must have a "pre-AI" mastery of animation principles (timing, easing, composition) so you can tell high-quality output from generic noise.
Agency Pedigree: 2+ years in a rapid-paced creative agency. You understand that a "cool animation" is useless if it doesn't solve the client’s strategic brief.
The AI Evolution: You have spent the last 2+ years actively integrating Generative AI into your professional pipeline. You don’t just "prompt"; you know how to iterate and refine AI output to meet brand standards.
Software Mastery: Expert-level command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience with C4D or Blender i
