IT Automation & Business Systems Analyst - JD We are seeking a results -driven IT Automation & Business Systems Analyst to oversee and optimize key business systems, drive automation initiatives, and support process improvement across the organization. The role will primarily focus on SaaS application administration, business analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience with ERP -linked workflows, retail/e -commerce systems, and technical understanding of integrations.ResponsibilitiesSaaS Application & Vendor Managementâ Manage and administer various SaaS applications used across the organization.â Serve as the Business Point of Contact (POC) for all IT automation and business system requirements.â Coordinate with multiple vendor POCs for issues, enhancements, and requirements.â Ensure SLAs are adhered to by internal teams and external vendors.â Maintain system access controls including user provisioning and deactivation.Business Analysis & Process Improvementâ Understand ongoing end -user issues,
business requirements, operational challenges and gather detailed requirements.â Analyze business processes and propose necessary process improvements.â Prepare workflow diagrams, process charts, and system requirement specifications.â Improve existing systems by analyzing current practices and designing modifications.Project Management & Implementationâ Define project milestones, phases, and deliverables.â Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and ensure timely closure of tasks.â Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption by teams.â Maintain release notes, technical documentation, and user guides.â Conduct workshops, training sessions, and ensure successful implementation.Technical & Operational Responsibilitiesâ Manage admin portals including user provisioning and customizations.â Work on third -party integrations between ERP, SaaS tools, and enterprise
