Job Summary

nInfra.Health is hiring a **Procurement Head/Manager – EPC Civil Construction** to lead end-to-end procurement for **large-scale healthcare and public infrastructure EPC projects**.n

This role strictly requires **hands-on EPC Civil Construction procurement experience**, including coordination with engineering teams, BOQs, tendering, contract finalization, vendor development, and compliance with government procurement norms.

Candidates without **direct EPC Civil Construction exposure** will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

nProcurement Strategy & Planningn

- Lead procurement strategy exclusively for **EPC Civil Construction projects**.
- Work closely with **Engineering, Planning, and Project teams** to align procurement with EPC schedules and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with EPC standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

nVendor & Contract Managementn
- Empanel and manage vendors/subcontractors for **civil construction EPC works**.
- Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, POs, and rate agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance on cost,



quality, safety, and timelines.

nTendering & Cost Controln
- Handle full tendering lifecycle: **BOQs, RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and finalization**.
- Prepare and control procurement budgets; drive **cost optimization and value engineering.**

nSupply Chain & Compliancen
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to EPC sites.
- Maintain strict compliance with **CPWD, GFR, PSU, and State PWD norms**.
- Ensure transparent, audit-ready procurement documentation.

nRequired Qualifications & ExperienceEducationn
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering / Engineering / Supply Chain**
- MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) – added advantage

Experience (Mandatory)

n
- **8–10 years of procurement experience in EPC Civil Construction projects ONLY**
- Minimum **5 years in healthcare or public infrastructure EPC projects**
- Robust exposure to **government / PSU EPC projects**
- **Non-EPC or real estate-only profiles will be rejected**
