INSTAGRAM CONTENT CREATOR — BRAND FACE & SHORT-FORM VIDEO LEAD

Location: Chennai (shoots + in-studio as needed)
Role summary
You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand for Instagram — producing product demos, client testimonials, DIY/explanatory videos and ads. Work closely with our digital team to create studio and on-site shoots, follow scripts and briefs, and adapt to ad formats for performance marketing.
Key responsibilities
• Film short-form video content (Reels, stories, ads) following briefs and scripts from the digital team.
• Conduct client testimonial shoots — build rapport, direct interview flow, and capture usable B-roll.
• Shoot & edit short reels autonomously when needed (trim, captions, music, basic color).
• Collaborate on creative ideation, storyboards, and campaign concepts.
• Maintain on-brand style: wardrobe, tone, and delivery aligned with premium aesthetics.




• Maintain content calendar & asset library, tag and timestamp raw files, and handoff edited versions.
• Assist on photoshoots (lifestyle/product shots) when required.
Day-to-day tasks
• 3–5 short clips per week (mix of organic & ad content) + 1 testimonial per week (as briefed).
• Participate in weekly creative syncs, contribute 5 new content hooks per month.
• On location: set up simple lighting, mic, and framing; ensure consistent brand framing.
• Provide input on ad creatives that perform best (CTA placement, video length).
• Must-have skills & tools
• On-camera presence and confident delivery; experience as model/host is preferred.
• Basic video editing: CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, or Adobe Premiere (can export ad-ready versions).
• Understanding of Instagram formats (Reels, Stories, Guides) and ad specs.
• Positive interpersonal skills for client interviews and testimonials.
