Key Responsibilities:• Own sales targets driven via
affiliate partnerships and deliver consistent growth innumbers.• Build and nurture strong partner
relationships, acting as the single point of contact forall affiliate partners.• Identify, onboard, and activate
new affiliate partners aligned with our ideal customerprofile.• Collaborate with Inside Sales to
optimize lead flow and conversion from affiliatesources.• Monitor and analyze partner
performance and provide data -driven insights to improveoutcomes.• Develop and implement partner
enablement tools – sales kits, FAQs, incentives, andtraining decks.• Resolve partner issues quickly
and effectively to maintain trust and productivity.• Work with Marketing and Product
teams to co -create campaigns and track ROI fromaffiliates.RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:• Minimum 3–6 years of experience
in key account management, channel sales, oraffiliate partnerships.• Proven track record of meeting




or exceeding sales targets through partnerships.• Strong negotiation,
communication, and relationship -building skills.• Experience in managing B2C or
B2B inside sales funnels is a plus.• Comfortable with CRM tools and
performance tracking dashboards.• Ability to work independently
