- *What this Job Involves:**
nAs a Manager,
Account Based Marketing (ABM), you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns for priority commercial real estate accounts. Working closely with Campaigns team, you will create and manage advanced audience segments, analyze campaign data, and develop custom web experiences across multiple platforms. You will also provide strategic thought leadership, drive cross-functional projects, and influence core ABM processes and campaign strategy. Your expertise will help elevate the team’s capabilities and ensure marketing programs deliver measurable impact.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- *Campaign Execution & Platform Management**
- Build and manage audience segments, workflows, and campaigns in ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
- Set up and run email campaigns, nurture sequences, and landing pages using marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot)
- Develop custom landing pages and web experiences using low-code/no-code content platforms (e.g., Folloze, Uberflip)
- Partner with marketing operations, digital, and paid media teams to ensure seamless connections between ABM, automation, ad tech, and CRM platforms
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to establish and implement ABM best practices across the organization.
- *Data Analysis & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyze account and campaign performance using marketing and advertising platform analytics
- Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
- Conduct quality control across data endpoints and reporting for account-level engagement
- Present advanced analytics, campaign results, and recommendations to senior leadership
- *Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement**
- Identify and resolve performance or integration issues to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Champion new tools, technologies, or approaches—such as AI-driven personalization and advanced segmentation—by piloting and sharing learnings.
- *Collaboration, Influence & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with global and local marketing teams, publishers, and digital specialists to deliver campaign objectives
- Support development of personalized content experiences for priority accounts
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to other marketing professionals, upskilling the team through knowledge sharing and training sessions in partnership with the ABM lead
- Influence marketing strategy by providing thought leadership and consulting to broader campaign teams or business stakeholders.
