## **The Impact You'll Make**

As our Deputy Manager Sales you will drive frontline sales through direct and channel business . You will lay strategies to translate them into measurable growth, improved efficiency, and lasting customer value.
n
## **What You’ll Be Doing**
n
- Owning Danfoss Drives business for Mumbai / Pune & Maharashtra Region (OEMs, EPCs.
n
System
nIntegrators, Contractors, Partners) and managing Partners across segments like HVAC/R; F & B; General Industry, Textile; Power, Pulp & Paper, Material Handling, Crane ,Lifts, etc.n
- Take ownership of the business in all aspects – Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, etc. and support profitable growth of Partners in the region
- Work closely with Partners and enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity
n## **What We're Looking For**n
- Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in engineering product sales
- Knowledge in HVAC/R; F & B; Power, Material Handling, Textile; & General Industry Markets & Products preferred – Drives; Machinery OEMs; Motors, Servos; Switch gears, etc.
- Prior experience with Channel sales is preferred
- Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect he/she shall be adept building and maintaining healthy business relations with current and existing clients
