Site Engineer - Interior Works Immediate Joining Company Candidscape Office Location Bengaluru Karnataka Project Locations Across Karnataka Employment Type Full-time On-site Candidscape is hiring experienced Site Engineers for Interior Works to handle execution and supervision of interior fit-out projects across Karnataka The role involves coordinating multiple trades ensuring quality finishes managing timelines and delivering projects that meet design intent and client expectations Roles Responsibilities Supervise and execute day-to-day interior fit-out works at project sites Execute work as per approved interior drawings shop drawings and specifications Read understand and interpret interior drawings including layouts elevations and details Read understand and verify BOQs take site measurements as per actual conditions Coordinate with carpentry modular gypsum painting electrical plumbing and allied trades Monitor site progress manpower deployment and material usage Ensure quality of finishes workmanship standards and adherence to approved samples Carry out level checking alignment checks and finish-level verifications Maintain site records including measurements DPRs snag lists and checklists Coordinate with designers vendors and the office team for clarifications and approvals Identify and resolve execution issues affecting timelines quality or cost Support client walkthroughs snag closure and final handover Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality delivery Eligibility Criteria Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Interior Design relevant qualification Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or interior execution mandatory Strong understanding of interior materials finishes and execution methods Proven ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs Hands-on experience in site measurements level checking and finish alignment Ability to independently manage interior sites and multiple vendors Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license Willing to travel and stay at project sites across Karnataka Available for immediate joining Work Location Travel Office base Bengaluru Project sites across Karnataka For site assignments outside Bengaluru the company will provide Food Accommodation Site-related transportation Salary Incentives Benefits Salary 25 000 per month and above based on experience and skills Project-based incentives subject to Completion of projects within agreed timelines Maintenance of quality finishes and workmanship standards Achievement of excellent customer satisfaction Exposure to diverse interior projects across Karnataka Reliable role with long-term growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Work Location In person
