Primary job title: Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsdrive onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day relationship management to ensure long-term retention.
- Develop and execute account plans that increase customer lifetime value through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives aligned to client needs.
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments, manage pricing discussions, and close commercial agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Proactively monitor account health using CRM analytics and usage metrics; identify churn signals and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, implementation, and support teams to meet SLAs and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
- Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and ROI-driven recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Proven track record managing B2B customer accounts with demonstrable retention and revenue outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline and account management.
- Strong competency in CRM analytics and account health monitoring.




- Demonstrated skills in contract negotiation and renewal management.
- Experience driving upselling and cross-selling campaigns within existing accounts.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating across sales, product, and support teams.

Preferred

- Experience in SaaS or HR tech account management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience creating account playbooks and process documentation.
