Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

? Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of client projects and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with international clients across digital and creative projects.

You won’t just coordinate — you’ll drive projects, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage execution of client projects (US & Canada market)
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, video editors, developers)
- Handle client communication (calls, chats, emails)
- Ensure timely delivery of:
- Video editing & reels
- Social media content & posting
- WordPress websites
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and project progress
- Break down requirements into clear tasks for the team
- Identify delays and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain quality standards across deliverables





? Required Skills

- Solid communication skills (must-have for client handling)
- Basic understanding of:
- Social media workflows
- Video editing timelines/process
- Website development (WordPress basics)
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- 1–2 years experience in a digital/creative agency
- Exposure to tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp
- Basic knowledge of Adobe tools or WordPress
