Job Summary:
The Manager – HR Managed Services (Employee Offboarding)



will lead and manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process for KPMG India. This role ensures seamless execution of offboarding activities, compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements, and delivery of a positive exit experience for employees. The position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to optimize processes and maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise the HR Managed Services team handling employee offboarding.
Foster a team-oriented, customer-centric culture focused on service excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and capability building.
Offboarding Process Management:

Oversee the complete offboarding lifecycle, including resignation acceptance, clearance, documentation, and final settlement coordination.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of exit formalities in line with SLAs and compliance standards.
