We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees – Sales & Marketing. This role is designed to train candidates in IT sales, marketing, and business development, providing hands-on exposure to real-world client interactions and growth-oriented opportunities in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/BBA ( recent graduates) from reputed business schools.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Solid multitasking and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools.
Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards).
Solid PowerPoint skills (qualified presentations and visual storytelling).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
Confidence and willingness to learn
Ready to Travel when required
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
