Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.• Generate recent sales leads to establish a business in LCL, FCL, Air, Import & Export.• Sell and negotiate services.• Responsible for onboarding new customers.• Work closely with the team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently• Provide follow-up, and customer satisfaction with clients as needed• To support other segments by adding new customers.Skills & Competencies:• Good communication to deal with both external and internal customers.• Good interpersonal skills as he has to deal with internal and external customers.• Basic knowledge of excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:
To work as a business development & to maintain existing business & identify sales leads, pitch current clients, and maintain a good working relationship with recent contacts. Communicating to prospective clients.
