Profile, Designation: Trainee Transaction Processing OfficerSkills:

- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.
- Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.
- Positive keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90 percent accuracy.
- Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.

Job Description:

- Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
- Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
