Why This Role Stands Out• ₹9 Lakh CTC structured as a combination of fixed pay and performance-based quarterly variable pay• Opportunity to work closely with AssureAI – an Audit Automation platform used by 300+ CA firms • Early exposure to client leadership, team management, and process improvement We're Hiring: Qualified Audit Manager (Chartered Accountant) Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu | In office | MSS&Co.; Role Overview As an Audit Manager, you will lead audits and manage routine compliances for a portfolio of clients. This includes statutory audits, GST and TDS compliances, financial projections, certifications, and client advisory work. You will plan engagements, guide team members, review workpapers, ensure timely filings, and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Leadership• Plan and execute statutory audits for companies and other entities • Define audit scope, timelines, key risk areas, and team responsibilities • Guide fieldwork and review audit working papers and documentation • Finalize financial statements, audit reports, and management observations• Support Tax Audits (Form 3CA / 3CB / 3CD) with proper documentation GST&TDS; Compliance• Manage GST compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C • Conduct 2B reconciliations and vendor follow-ups where required • Review ITC eligibility and handle GST notices • Manage TDS/TCS compliances including returns, reconciliations, and notices• Ensure timely issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A Projections, Certifications&MIS;• Prepare financial projections, CMA data, and MIS reports • Compile professional certificates such as turnover certificates, net worth certificates, utilization certificates,



and similar assignments Client Communication&Coordination;• Coordinate directly with clients and maintain regular communication • Conduct kickoff discussions and periodic updates on assignments • Identify potential issues early and suggest practical solutions Team Guidance&Review;• Allocate work to Articles and Associates and conduct first-level reviews • Provide structured feedback and support junior team members • Ensure consistency through the use of checklists and SOPs Quality&Documentation;• Maintain well-structured engagement files and documentation • Ensure files are clear, complete, and easy to review • Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and workflows • Support peer review / quality review processes when required Tools&Systems; Exposure You will regularly work with:• Tally and ERP systems • Advanced Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Power Query) • GST Portal, TRACES and MCA Portal • E-invoice and E-way bill systems • Internal workflow and automation tools used by the firm Candidate ProfileQualification Chartered Accountant (ICAI)— Freshly qualified CA or up to 3 years post-qualification experience Experience&Skills;• Strong grounding in Audit, GST and TDS compliances • Familiarity with MCA, GST and TRACES portals • Good written and verbal communication skills • Structured and organized working style • Ability to guide junior team members and coordinate with clients CompensationAnnual CTC:₹9,00,000 The compensation will be structured as a combination of fixed salary and performance-based quarterly variable pay.
