We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in design principles and be adept at creating visually engaging content for various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Reels & Video Editing:

- 1. Ensure they are optimized for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

- 2. Each video should align with brand guidelines, tone, and target audience.

- 3. Edit raw footage, add soundtracks, and employ creative transitions and effects to create engaging content.

- - Graphic Design & Post Creation:

- 1. Design 2 high-quality social media posts daily, tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- 2. Create graphics, infographics, banners, and static content, as required by clients and projects.

- - Animation:

- 1. Produce animated graphics, including motion graphics, GIFs, and other animated elements for reels, posts, and marketing materials.

- 2. Use tools like After Effects, Blender, or similar to enhance content with motion design.

- - Collaboration with Multiple Clients:

- 1. Work closely with the creative team, social media managers,



and clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality content within quick timelines.

- 2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, maintaining quality, and balancing client expectations.

- - Content Optimization:

- 1. Keep up with the latest trends in video editing, animation, and social media content.

- 2. Optimize video and graphic content to maximize engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

Requirements :

- Experience : 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is preferred.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.

- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities and a cooperative team player attitude
