An E Commerce portal working in Construction industry segment is looking for a Franchisee Consultant / Franchisee Development Manager to increase , develop their market share in the region in different model of business models.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Franchise Recruitment & Sales: Identify, attract potential franchisees, managing the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement.
- Market Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for expansion, including analyzing markets, identifying new territories, and benchmarking against competitors.
- Onboarding & Site Selection: Guide new franchisees through the setup process, including scouting locations, site approval, lease negotiations, and store opening processes.
- Relationship Management & Support: Build strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing ongoing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Compliance & Brand Standards: Monitor franchise performance,



conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with brand standards and franchise agreements.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Execute marketing strategies to attract prospective investors and maintain a robust library of sales resources.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze unit performance, optimize profitability, and recommend improvements for underperforming locations.

**Required Skills**

- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to close sales and negotiate contracts.
- Communication & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills to represent the brand at events and build relationships.
