About Us
Xapien Innovatus (XIPL) is an early-stage, high-velocity Enterprise AI startup based in Kalamassery, Kochi. We build hard tech. We are the creators of Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) platform that is transforming the digital retail space.
Led by a serial tech entrepreneur (with a previous retail-tech startup acquired by Amazon), we are rapidly scaling our product. By the end of March, we are launching our highly anticipated Tuck VTON plugin for e-commerce brands, bringing our enterprise AI directly to D2C fashion brands worldwide. We have the most cost-effective, high-conversion VTON product hitting the market. We have the unfair advantage; we just need the closers to scale it.
The Mission
We are not looking for standard interns to shadow our team. We are building an elite, 7-member digital sales- Strike Team.
Operating out of our Kochi office, you will run a high-stakes, 2-month control room operation. Your exact mission is to execute surgical market outreach to a master list of 1,000 targeted fashion e-commerce merchants across the India, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. You will be the tip of the spear in our global digital sales pipeline—pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with international business owners.
Your Playbook (Responsibilities)
- Global Pipeline Execution: Drive high-velocity digital outreach across international time zones to targeted fashion merchants.
- Pitch & Convert: Master the Tuck VTON value proposition. You will not be pushing a hard sell; you will be pitching an undeniable, high-ROI revenue engine to e-commerce owners.
- Control Room Operations: Work directly alongside the founders to navigate the master list, track conversion metrics,
and ruthlessly optimize sales scripts in real-time.
- Close the Deal: Drive leads through the entire funnel—from cold outreach and product demonstration to final plugin installation and subscription lock-in.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Recent MBA graduates or freshers (0 to 2 years). We care more about your killer instinct than your resume. If you have a natural, undeniable talent for sales, negotiation, and persuasion, you belong here.
- The "Hustle" Factor: You are aggressive, target-driven, and entirely unfazed by the fast-paced pressure of a global sales sprint. You hate losing deals more than you love winning them.
- Communication: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English. You must command respect and project authority when negotiating with business owners in New York, London, or Dubai.
- Location: Must be able to work in person from our office in Kalamassery, Kochi.
