Role Description:

n

We are seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver high quality animation and video content across digital platforms. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams. You will be responsible for taking video content from brief to final execution, ensuring all motion assets are on-brand, trend-aware, and performance-driven.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be proficient in using AI-based creative tools to enhance and accelerate the content creation process. This includes the ability to ideate,



generate, and execute AI-driven videos and visual assets using platforms such as Midjourney, Kling AI, SORA and other emerging AI tools. Staying up to date with the latest AI workflows and integrating them seamlessly into production will be a key expectation.

Skills and Qualifications:

n

• Proven Experience: 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or video editing, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.

n

• Expert in Motion Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator,

n

Photoshop, and other relevant animation tools.

n

• Strong Video Editing Skills: Hands-on experience with video editing, color grading, and sound design to complement motion graphics.

n

• Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Strong creative ability and a keen eye for design, composition,

n

and visual storytelling.

n

• Understanding of Digital Marketing: Experience creating motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and websites with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.

n

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in the execution of motion design and animation,

n

ensuring flawless final deliverables.

n

- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team, present ideas effectively, and adapt feedback in real time.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
