We seek a highly skilled Corporate Gifting Manager to join our team and support our corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will help drive sales growth in the corporate sector by creating and implementing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and values.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to understand their gifting requirements and preferences and provide customised solutions that align with the brand's ethos and product offerings.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including proposal development, contract negotiation, order fulfilment, and after-sales support, to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to create unique, high-quality, and bespoke corporate gifts that meet client expectations and reinforce the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales data, and market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate gifting strategy, including market research, product development, pricing, and promotions, to expand the brand's presence in the corporate sector.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

Qualifications

n




- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the gifting or luxury goods industry.
- Alignment with Anand Prakash Design's values of creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and successfully acquiring and retaining corporate clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury products, with an understanding of the corporate gifting landscape in India.
