About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Management Trainees to join our growing team.

n

This is an prospect to get hands-on exposure across multiple business functions — from sales and marketing to fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing — right from day one.

As a Management Trainee, you will work directly with the leadership team, take on real responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to building and scaling factori.com.

Based on your interests, strengths, and performance, you will be assigned to a specific function where you can grow into a full-time leadership role.

What You'll Do

n

Work closely with the founders and leadership team on day-to-day business operations

n

Get hands-on experience across key functions, including sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing

n

Take ownership of projects and deliverables from your very first week

n

Interact with retailers, manufacturers,



and partners to understand and solve real business problems

n

Contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape the growth strategy of factori.com

Whom We're Looking For

n

Graduates or post-graduates in B.

n

Com, BBM, BBA, B.

n

Tech, M.

n

Com, or MBA from a recognised university

n

Must have completed graduation/post-graduation (final-year students awaiting results are not eligible)

n

Freshers welcome — prior experience is a plus, but not required

n

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

n

Self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace

n

Passionate about e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing

n

Available to join immediately

Compensation & Growth

n

Salary: Rs.

n

25,000 per month during the 6-month training period

n

Performance Review: At the end of 6 months, trainees will receive a salary increment and promotion based on their performance
