- *Job Purpose**
nThe People & Culture Business Partner is an integral part of the People & Culture team, working in partnership with global, functional teams to deliver high-quality, commercially focused and legally compliant people support.n
This role provides end-to-end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, combining strong operational delivery with trusted advisory support to people managers and stakeholders. You will play a key role in enabling the business to deliver its objectives by embedding effective people practices, supporting organisational change and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience.

As a trusted partner, you will provide specialist coaching, guidance and influence to managers, maintaining excellent standards across core HR activity while contributing to the continuous improvement of people processes and ways of working.

- *Weekly Office Pattern: two days in Gurugram, two days in Noida, and one day working from home.**
- *Job Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive business-as-usual HR support to people managers and stakeholders through the practical application of people policies, procedures and initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering pragmatic and commercially sound guidance on performance management, conduct, absence, wellbeing and employee relations matters
- Support and coach people managers through organisational change, ensuring a consistent, fair and engaging employee experience
- Provide advisory and hands-on support on change management activity, including restructures, role changes, resourcing decisions and redundancy processes where required
- Partner with managers to manage employee relations cases effectively, building confidence and capability in people management
- Support managers with short-, medium- and long-term resourcing needs, including recruitment, role design, workforce planning and succession planning
- Assist with recruitment, selection, onboarding and development activity to ensure high-quality hiring and effective integration of new starters
- In conjunction with Reward and Benefits colleagues, support the delivery of reward, pay review and recognition processes
- Maintain accurate people data, records and documentation, ensuring compliance, data integrity and consistency across HR systems and processes
- Work collaboratively across the People & Culture team to share knowledge, ensure smooth handovers and maintain operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and quality within core HR processes and employee experience
- *Job Requirement**
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent qualified experience (CIPD or local equivalent desirable)
- Significant experience delivering generalist HR support within India in a commercial or multinational environment
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour legislation and HR best practice;

- Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations independently and at pace
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks and implement practical, compliant solutions
- Confident using HR systems and people data to inform decision-making and provide insight
- Able to build strong working relationships and credibility at all levels of the organisation
- Highly customer-focused with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach
- Robust emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team
