- *Role Description**

nThe Assistant Professor will work in a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.n

Responsibilities include developing and delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research and publishing in reputed journals, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic and extracurricular activities,



collaborating with fellow faculty members, and fostering a skilled and inclusive learning environment.

- *Qualifications**
- Expertise in teaching and academic content delivery, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research, academic writing, and publishing in high-quality journals.
- Ability to mentor students and guide them on projects, internships, and career planning.
- Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for interactive learning and assessments.
- Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or relevant domain (preferred).
- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in teaching at a postgraduate level or in a similar academic environment is an advantage.
