- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune Division.n

The Sales

nManager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, and build relationships with clients.n

- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Sales Management
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Robust Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills
- Ability to Manage Teams, Motivate Staff, and Promote Team Collaboration
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and a strong grasp of market trends
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division and familiarity with the local market will be valued
- Salary Range : 50K to 55K
