Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, product, and content teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions
- Create branding assets including ads, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, email templates, and landing pages
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking to the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment




- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma, Canva
- Exposure to generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) for ideation.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Master‘s degree is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
