About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation & Agent Operations Lead with deep expertise in Open Claw (or similar multi-agent systems) to help us automate and scale how the company runs.

This is not a traditional ops role.

You will design and deploy AI agents that replace manual work across the business — from customer communication to competitive intelligence.

What You’ll Own

You will build and manage AI agents that operate across:

Customer Communication Automation

Discord community monitoring and auto-response agents
Whats App customer engagement and support automation
Support inbox (email) triage, responses, and escalation
FAQ handling and knowledge base integration
2.
Growth & Content Automation

Newsletter generation and distribution workflows
Social listening across platforms (Linked In, X, etc.)
Automated content insights and trend detection
Repurposing customer conversations into content
3.
Market & Competitor Intelligence

Competitor tracking (features, pricing, positioning)
Reddit research and community signal mining
Monitoring review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, etc.)
Aggregating customer sentiment and feedba
