Role allocation post-probation will be based on performance and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

- Robust PowerPoint skills (professional presentations and visual storytelling).
