Job Summary:

As a Facebook Ads Intern , you will support the management and optimization of performance-driven campaigns to scale our marketing efforts and grow profitable E-commerce revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in paid social marketing, be eager to learn campaign strategy and execution, and be comfortable analyzing data while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end execution, monitoring, measurement, reporting, and optimization of Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with paid social media marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
- Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports aligned with OKRs to track performance and assist in future planning.
- Assist in developing and implementing new ad campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and targeting strategies to drive growth.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and suggest optimization ideas.
- Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and results clearly with team members to ensure smooth execution.

- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

- 0-6 months of internship experience or academic exposure to Facebook Ads / paid social marketing preferred.
- Exposure to E-commerce brands or performance marketing is a plus.
