Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering
projects related to industrial engineering, warehouse setup, building construction,
and infrastructure development. The role involves end-to-end project ownership,
coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure
projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end project management for warehouse setup, industrial
facilities, and building infrastructure projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Track progress against milestones and take corrective actions when required.
Industrial Engineering
Design and optimize infrastructure layout, material flow, space utilization, and
productivity.
Implement process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead all critical teams to ensure operational readiness.
Warehouse Setup & Operations
Plan and execute greenfield / brownfield warehouse projects.
Design warehouse layouts including racking systems, storage, material
handling equipment, and safety norms.
Coordinate installation and commissioning of warehouse infrastructure.
Building & Infrastructure Management
Manage building construction, civil works, MEP, utilities, and infrastructure
development.
Coordinate with architects, consultants,



contractors, and government
authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and control project costs.
Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS guidelines, and statutory norms.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure timely approvals, documentation, and handover.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present project status reports, MIS, and dashboards to
leadership.
Maintain detailed project documentation including drawings, BOQs, contracts,
and change request
Key Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of project management, industrial engineering, warehouse
design, and building infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with civil, MEP, utilities, and material handling systems.
Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Auto CAD / Excel (as applicable).
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
Educational Qualification
BE/B. Tech - Industrial
PMP / Prince2 certification will be an added advantage
