Key Responsibilities

· Social Media Creatives: Design engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, reels, thumbnails, and banners for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).

· Landing Pages & Microsites: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design intuitive, conversion-focused landing pages and microsites optimized for both desktop and mobile.

· Advertising Creatives: Develop high-performing static and video creatives specifically for Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) aligned with campaign goals.

· Video Editing: Create and edit promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, and short-form content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar .

· Email Marketing Creatives: Design visually appealing email banners, newsletters, and templates that are optimized for different devices and email platforms.

· Brand Identity: Maintain brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to strengthen the brand’s visual language.

· Campaign Designs: Work on creatives for digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collaterals.





· Collaboration: Partner with content writers, marketers, and developers to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

· User-Centric Design: Apply UX principles to design interfaces and layouts that are both visually appealing and easy to use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / UI Designer / Motion Designer

· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, advertising creatives, video editing, and email creatives .

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva (plus Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or similar video tools).

· Experience designing for Google Ads, Meta Ads , and other paid digital platforms.

· Familiarity with designing email templates, newsletters, and responsive email creatives .

· Understanding of UI/UX principles , responsive design, typography, and color theory.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail with solid creative and visualization skills.

· Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS (added advantage, not mandatory)
