Client Servicing Manager (SEO)*

Role Objective*

nThe Client Servicing Manager will be the primary point of contact for our SEO clientele.n

Your mission is to understand client business goals, translate them into actionable SEO strategies with the delivery team, and ensure world-class service that leads to high client retention and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:*
Account Management: Act as the dedicated consultant for a portfolio of SEO clients, managing expectations and maintaining long-term relationships.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the SEO technical team to develop customized roadmaps focusing on ROI, organic traffic growth, and keyword rankings.
Communication & Reporting: Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews. Translate complex SEO data (backlink profiles, Core Web Vitals, SERP movements) into easy-to-understand business insights for clients.
Project Orchestration: Ensure on-time delivery of technical audits, on-page recommendations, and content strategies by coordinating between the client and internal execution teams.
Upselling & Retention:



Identify opportunities to add value to the client s digital portfolio and proactively address any "at-risk" accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Experience: 4 7 years in Digital Marketing client servicing, with at least 2 years specifically managing SEO-focused accounts .
Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (Technical, On-page, Off-page) and tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4 .
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to command a boardroom and simplify technical jargon.
Problem Solving: A proactive mindset to tackle ranking drops or technical hurdles before the client raises a concern.
Education: bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
